1. The program
The Senly Partner Program lets you earn commission by referring new customers to Senly. For every paying customer who signs up through your unique partner link you earn 30% of the monthly revenue (MRR) that customer generates — as long as they remain active. At 10 or more active referrals the rate automatically increases to 40% MRR on all future commissions.
Participation is free. Social Media Tools ("Senly") reserves the right to reject applications or terminate existing partner accounts on the grounds described in these terms.
2. Who can participate
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a legitimate website, social-media channel, newsletter or relevant network through which you can promote Senly to the target audience (marketing agencies, freelancers, content creators).
- You are not an active employee, contractor or director of Senly or an affiliated company.
- You may not refer yourself as a customer. Self-referrals are detected and the commission is reversed.
- Existing Senly customers may become partners, but receive no commission on their own subscription.
3. How it works
- After approval, you receive a unique partner link and a dashboard with real-time stats.
- Anyone who clicks your link is associated with you via a cookie for 30 days. If this person registers within that period and a payment is successfully collected after the trial (14 days), they count as your referral.
- Commission is calculated each month based on the MRR actually collected from customers you referred.
- Referrals are final — a customer cannot be "taken over" by someone else as long as the account remains registered via your link.
4. What is allowed
- Promoting Senly via your website, blog, YouTube, podcast, newsletter, social-media channels and (relevant) communities.
- Writing honest reviews about your own experience with the platform.
- Using official marketing materials, screenshots and logos that we provide through the partner dashboard.
- Offering your own bonus or extra value on top of the Senly subscription (e.g. a free intro call).
5. What is NOT allowed
The following practices result in immediate loss of commission and may permanently terminate your account:
- Spam — cold emails, cold DMs, unsolicited messages or newsletters to people who did not opt in.
- Brand bidding — paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) on the brand name "Senly" or obvious variants/typos.
- Misleading claims — promises about income, results or features that do not match what Senly actually offers.
- Coupon, deal or cashback sites that use the affiliate link without real content or editorial value.
- Adult, illegal or hateful content — no promotion on websites that violate the law or harm our target audience.
- Fake reviews or paid recommendations that do not clearly disclose the affiliate link.
- Cookie stuffing, iframe tricks or other technical manipulation to attribute visitors without their knowledge.
- Lookalike domains that mimic senly.io (e.g. senly-app.com, senlly.io, etc.).
- Self-referrals or setting up fake accounts to generate commission.
In doubt: ask us at partners@senly.io. No damage, no unpleasant surprises.
6. Payouts
- Payouts are processed monthly once your outstanding balance reaches the €50 threshold.
- Payouts run through Stripe Connect. You connect your bank account via the partner dashboard. Stripe handles KYC and compliance.
- Commission on a customer is paid after the corresponding payment has actually been collected by Senly and the legal cooling-off / refund period (14 days) has expired.
- In the event of a refund, chargeback or dispute from the customer, the corresponding commission is offset against your balance.
- Balance below the payout threshold rolls over to the next month with no expiration date.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for the correct declaration and payment of income tax, VAT or other levies on the commissions received in your country. Senly does not provide tax advice. For amounts above the legal threshold, you receive the necessary documents for your accounting via Stripe Connect.
8. Termination
- You may end your participation at any time by emailing partners@senly.io.
- Senly may terminate your account in case of violation of these terms, suspicion of fraud, or after 12 months without any referred click or conversion.
- On termination, you retain the balance already accrued above the payout threshold. In the case of termination due to demonstrated fraud, outstanding balance is forfeited and already-paid commission may be reclaimed.
- Referrals you have already brought in remain active — meaning customers signed up via your link stay attributed to you as long as they remain customers. However, after termination you no longer earn commission on these or new referrals.
9. Changes
Senly may amend these terms from time to time. Material changes (for example to the commission percentage or cookie duration) are announced at least 30 days in advance by email. If you do not agree with a change, you may end your participation free of charge before the change takes effect. By remaining active after the announcement, you agree to the new version.
10. Liability
Senly is not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or loss of data arising from the partner program or from the use of marketing materials. Our total liability is limited to the amount of commission paid to you in the twelve months prior to the claim.
11. Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where Senly is established, insofar as the law allows.
12. Content Creator Bonus
- You can submit a Reel or video about Senly on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube via the partner dashboard.
- The video must be authentic, about Senly, and clearly reflect your genuine opinion.
- At 2,000+ views: 50% discount on your subscription that month.
- At 20,000+ views: 100% discount (free month).
- The view count is manually verified. Fake views or manipulated statistics lead to immediate rejection and account suspension.
- Maximum 1 submission per platform per month.
- Senly reserves the right to use the submitted video for promotional purposes on its own channels, unless you object via partners@senly.io.
13. White-label Partner
- Via the Affiliate dashboard you can apply to resell Senly under your own brand name as a white-label partner.
- After approval you receive a margin per active client per month (current rate on the partners page).
- As a white-label partner, you are the point of contact for your clients; Senly provides the underlying infrastructure.
- White-label participation requires a separate white-label agreement coordinated via partners@senly.io.
- All other terms in this document apply without restriction to white-label partners.
14. Review & Discount
- Agencies that place a verifiable review on Trustpilot can submit a claim via the Affiliate dashboard.
- Maximum 1 review claim per platform per agency.
- Upon approval you receive 1 week free subscription as credit on your next invoice.
- The submitted review must remain active after receiving the credit. Removal of the review results in reclaiming the credit.
- Senly manually verifies that the review is genuine and that the bureau is actually a customer.
- Senly reserves the right to reject a claim without stating a reason.
